The organization needed a clear transformation roadmap to align scope, dependencies, priorities, and launchable milestones across multiple product and technical teams.
Led two cross-functional teams with distinct responsibilities. One team focused on roadmap preparation, scope alignment, milestone planning, stakeholder coordination, and requirements clarification. The second team focused on solution design and technical readiness.
Structured the transformation into launchable milestones, clarified dependencies, aligned delivery priorities, and created a roadmap that could support execution planning.
